Real Estate Personal Shopper in Madrid
Discover Madrid like never before – your real estate dream starts here!
Why use a real estate
personal shopper to buy
your property?
Can you find properties outside of Madrid?
While our specialty is the Madrid real estate market, we can also assist you in searching for properties in the surrounding areas. Do not hesitate to consult us for specific requests.
What is the first step to work with a personal shopper?
The first step is an initial consultation, where we discuss your needs, budget, and preferences. This allows us to fully understand what you are looking for and to start the search effectively.
Can I visit the properties before making a decision?
Absolutely. In all cases, we strive to reduce visits to just one, or at least to a minimum. Once we have selected properties that match your criteria, we organize visits for you to see them in person. We will accompany you on these visits to provide advice and answer any questions you may have.
And, of course, you have considered rental investment
The purchase budget will give us a starting point for rental investment possibilities. You will also need to decide on the most suitable type of rental: long-term, seasonal, or tourist. We will advise you on the options to outline a strategy.
Once we have decided on the strategy to follow, we begin our search based on the stages of the purchase.
After the delivery of the property, we can also assist you in rental management:
restoration of the property, preparation, and leasing. And even after leasing, you can count on a tailored service for daily management.

Why buy with the help of a real estate personal shopper?
The real estate hunter or personal shopper is the buyer´s ally.
Delegating the search and purchase process to a real estate hunter saves you time, money, and problems before and after becoming the owner.
Your personal shopper listens to your initial idea and advises you on the types of real estate you can access. They take care of the entire process to present you with the best options, saving you money, time, and hassle.
While fulfilling their mandate, they are in contact with other professionals involved in the purchase, to facilitate the process so you have nothing to worry about.
With the help of a personal shopper, you don’t have to worry about who is defending your interests: the personal shopper will make a selection tailored only to your needs (and not to the conflicting interests of real estate agents and sellers) and will examine the property from a legal and constructive perspective.
Finally, once the purchase decision is made, they will prepare all the formalities.
And if, after the purchase, should you need other services for the management of the property, we can also help you.

Some representative neighborhoods.
Madrid is a city that perfectly blends history and modernity, offering a wide range of cultural, sports, gastronomic, and leisure options.
CENTRAL DISTRICT
This area includes the old town, but the most historic, touristic, and well-known neighborhoods of Centro don’t exactly align with the current urban layout. Thus, the tourist neighborhoods of Madrid de los Austrias, Lavapiés, Latina, Madrid de los Borbones, Malasaña, Chueca, and Barrio de las Letras are divided into six districts. CENTRO is one of Madrid’s most lively districts, with its shops and cafes. Here, you’ll find the iconic Puerta del Sol and the adjacent streets, among the most commercial in Spain, as well as Plaza Mayor, the arcaded square inherited from the Habsburg dynasty. Also located within is the San Miguel Market, where you can eat and buy all sorts of delicacies. The Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral are other must-visit sites in the area.
LATINA AND LAVAPIÉS DISTRICTS
These are typical and colorful neighborhoods. You can enjoy tapas in one of the nearby bars and savor authentic Madrid. La Latina runs along the south of the city and crosses the streets where the Rastro is located to meet Lavapiés. Two neighborhoods where getting lost can be a pleasure for the eyes and the palate.
The Rastro dates back to the Middle Ages and stretches from Plaza de Cascorro to Calle Ribera de Curtidores, where searching for curious, historical, or collectible items is a tradition.
The Lavapiés neighborhood is one of the city’s most alternative areas.
CHUECA DISTRICT
The Chueca neighborhood has become a trendy area in Europe for its alternative culture. Full of shops and nightlife, it can be considered a combination of chic and bohemian.
It offers exclusive and alternative products not found elsewhere, public markets transformed into meeting places, museums, unique buildings, some religious edifices, associations, art galleries, numerous bars and restaurants, and some hotels. There are also tattoo parlors, specialized bookstores, and more.
The neighborhood is a reference point for the LGBT community in a completely inclusive environment.
LAS LETRAS DISTRICT
It is known by this name because it was the residence of some of the most distinguished writers of the Spanish Golden Age of literature (17th century) during their years in Madrid. It is bordered by Calle de la Cruz, Carrera de San Jerónimo, Paseo del Prado, and Calle Atocha. Located in the heart of the city, it sits amid two other areas of great tourist interest: Sol-Gran Vía and Paseo del Arte. It houses the iconic Paseo del Prado and the Buen Retiro Park. Its streets and buildings are still imbued with the flavor of the writers, playwrights, and artists who filled its cafes and theaters.
SALAMANCA DISTRICT
Named after the politician behind its development, it retains the style of its aristocratic origins in the elegance of its streets and the beauty of its facades. The Salamanca district, besides its beautiful architecture, offers a wide variety of places and activities to enjoy during your trip to Madrid. One of its corners is home to the Retiro Park, the true lung of Madrid.
The boulevards are lined with luxury international brand shops, and it also boasts a huge offering of the best restaurants and entertainment venues, hotels, art galleries, and antique auction houses, as well as a wide range of fashion stores, jewelers, decorative furniture shops, etc.
